Spiritual Guidance is a way for us to listen and wait for Higher Guidance that Usually comes from within.

So much of the time we leave out the part of us that is looking to connect deeply to life and we keep wondering why we feel so "disconnected", " out of touch", "lost", "dissatisfied", and maybe even "purposeless".

Our Soul is trying to lead us exactly where we want to go, even if we don't know where that is yet. 

Spiritual Guidance helps to reconnect you to the deeper part of your being. As a guide I will walk you through creating your own map, noticing your own wings, building your own back pack for the journey and then walking along beside you until you could learn the way on your own. 

This includes learning tools and utilizing techniques to plot the ideal path forward. 

We will not be diving into the past, although some things might surface to be used as reference points. 

We would use those things to realize where the holes are and mend those with new ways of relating and thinking so that forward momentum isn't lost. We don't want to stare at the review mirror when we want to drive forward, just think of the havoc that would create. 

These sessions are meant to be an alignment and repurposing of your current self,  so that you feel like you are more integrated into and feeling better about your life now and in the future.

Energy Reading/ Healing: 

I will scan the body’s energy field, feeling for energy blocks or imbalances and then work on balancing the energy field to bring a sense of peace and calm. The scan starts at the top of the head and moves through the body to all of the energy centers. As a block or misalignment is located, I will walk you through what I am about to do and then we will work together to ease the tension and free the pathways.
